This tasting is designed to learn about how to taste wines, how to pair wines and also learn and learn about the viticulture of Mendoza. Directed by an experienced sommelier/oenologist, in this tasting you will be able to taste: 4 glasses of 150ml each, of four high-end wines: one white wine and three red wines (may vary). Along with each of them, the mentioned accompaniments will be offered (the portions offered are small and serve to pair with each of the wines). Accompaniments: 1- Chickpea Hummus on country bread bruschetta. 2- Selection of Cheeses. 3- Veal loin in a pot with slow-cooked vegetables. 4- Lamb ragout. *Water and Olive Oil in charge of the house. Optional Dessert (not included in the option): Tiramisu or Figs in Syrup The expert sommelier will present each of the wines, their characteristics, origin and all information related to knowing. Likewise, the sommelier will offer didactic learning during the tasting and will deliver a form to learn about how a wine is scored at a professional level.
