Choose between the air-conditioned dining room or outdoor tables as you are

— Schedule —

• 2:30 pm–3:00 pm. Pick-up time
• 3:00 pm–3:30 pm. Local market tour
• 4:00 pm: Class starts
• 4:00 pm–5:00 pm. Learn to make Thai tea and street noodles, followed by a savory feast of noodles (15–30 minutes)
• 5:00 pm–6:00 pm. Learn to make fresh spring rolls, Indian curry shrimp, and mango sticky rice. Then, pack your delicious food to take with you
• 5:50 pm: Participants are blessed and sprinkled with holy water by a monk
• 6:30 pm: River Cruise (45–60 minutes)
• During the cruise, staff will provide a historical overview of Chiang Mai and the Mae Ping River
• 7:30 pm: Return to your hotel
