1 hours 30 minsAdmission Ticket Not IncludedYour departure will begin early in the morning heading to Dion, which is situated at the footsteps of the famous Mount Olympus. This mythical home of the Gods is where Phillip II came to celebrate his victories. His son, Alexander the Great, offered rich sacrifices to the Gods before leaving for his legendary expedition into Asia. Visit this archaeological site for one hour and the accompanying museum for 30 minutes. After your guided visit you may use your free time for lunch or coffee at your discretion.Mount Olympus
2 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeOur next stop is Stavros view point at Mount Olympus, where you enjoy breathtaking views of the so called “ residence of the twelve Gods” and the endless surrounding area of the Olympus National Park. Continue to the picturesque, traditional village of Old Panteleimon which is traced back to 14th century till the end of WW2, when it was abandoned. There ,you will have the time to stroll around and discover the graphical narrow stone paved streets, the cute houses, the hidden taverns and coffee shops. After our lunch break, return in the afternoon around 7pm back to Thessaloniki full of great moments and memories.
