Enjoy an American-style buffet breakfast in one of the area's most popular cafés, then head to the train cemetery to see where old trains are laid to rest. Next, learn how salt is processed in the small town of Colchani and enter the Uyuni Salt Flats to be amazed by the salt fields.

Onwards, you’ll head to Incahuasi Island, which is surrounded on all sides by the salt flats, where you can enjoy a picturesque, 360-degree view.

Return to the salt flats for a sunset toast before driving back to Colchani to stay overnight at the Palacio de Sal or Luna Salada Hotel.
