- Doors Open: 6:00 PM (2 hours before showtime).
- Queues Open: 5:00 PM (3 hours before showtime).
- Venue: Level B2, Hall D, E & F, Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre.
- Please proceed to Level B2 to collect your festival wristband by presenting your ticket.
- Entry is open only to valid ticket holders.
- Late arrivals may only be admitted during a suitable break in the performance.
- Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited; items must be consumed or discarded prior to entry.
- Professional photography and videography are strictly prohibited.
- Deposit counters are available at Level B2 (charges apply).
