  • Are pets allowed to get in the car?
    A: Yes, but pets are required to stay inside pet carrier during the journey in the car. Please put a remark for further arrangement.
  • Can a wheelchair user book the service?
    A: Yes, wheelchair consider as a 27 inch luggage capacity, we recommend 7 seater MPV and above for better experience.
  • Can I transfer the booking to someone else, or reschedule?
    A: Please refer to product's cancellation policy, your booking can be transfer or reschedule if the cancellation policy is 0%.
Reminders
For the transfer area outside of the service range can cause the booking to be canceled
The passengers and luggage should not exceed limit of each car's capacity. Otherwise, it will result in the cancelation of service
We highly recommend you provide reachable phone number OR at least one kind of app for driver to contact with you: Whatsapp, Wechat, Kakao Talk, Line
Amendment must be given to Driver or Tourplus Support 4 hours before original pick up time. If amended less than 4 hours from pick up time, no refund will be given. This also applies to flight delays. This is subject to the availability of the driver to accept the delay.
