1 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeYou will be picked up from your hotel and driven to Gandhi Smriti, the house where Gandhi spent the last few days of his life. It is here that Gandhi was assassinated when he came out for evening prayers. The ‘Martyr’s Column’ marks the spot where Gandhi was killed. 1 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeFrom there drive over to the Gandhi Memorial at Raj Ghat. Situated on the banks of the River Yamuna, it is here that Gandhi was cremated in 1948. A black marble platform marks the site of his cremation. Set amidst lush green lawns, the Memorial is regularly visited by foreign dignitaries and Heads of State when they visit India. Several trees of the beautiful park have been planted by notables like Queen Elizabeth II, President Eisenhower, Ho Chi Minh and various others.National Gandhi Museum

Spend some time looking at this historic collection and learn more about the life and times of Gandhi. After the visit to the museum, stop for lunch (beverage excluded) at a local restaurant. After lunch you will be dropped back at your hotel.
