On this full-day tour, explore The Prom, one of Victoria's most loved natural attractions. This wildlife haven, located at the southernmost region of mainland Australia, offers panoramic views, pristine white beaches, coastal forests, and well-preserved walking tracks. It is also home to marsupials, including kangaroos, wombats, native birds, and other native animals. Stroll along Squeaky Beach, known for its pure white quartz singing sands, and take in amazing views from Mt. Bishop Summit.

Itinerary

  • 7:00-8:00 AM

    Pickup from Melbourne hotels. Start of tour by departing from Melbourne.

  • 8:00 AM

    Arrive at Wilsons Promontory National Park. Stroll along the unique "singing" quartz sand of Squeaky Beach. Take a coastal walk to Tidal River. Enjoy lunch at your own expense. Climb to Mt. Bishop on an easy to medium graded walking track. Witness panoramic views on the summit. Enjoy a wildlife walk at the historic airfield. Spot a variety of native Australian animals. Travel back to Melbourne.
