I am sending this review only to help future users. I used this service because of the trust I had on Singapore airlines and the standard I expected from them. This turned out to be a total waste of time. The photographers are total amateurs and they had minimum experience in professional photography. The output was a total disappointment and especially after spending hours and walking so much. Angles and framing were totally off. In this modern day and age there are many ways to deliver a decent output with any limitations but this was a total disappointment. We take part in some activities expecting they will have life long positive impact and this was supposed to be one such but instead this was a total waste of time. Please don’t disappoint us with such sub standard work. Spend more effort of output than on advertisements.
