• If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will notify you of the tour cancellation via email 2 days prior to departure.
• Please carry your passport and valuables with you and keep them properly while traveling. The company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
• Participants who are late or do not show up to the designated meeting location will not be eligible for a refund.
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes early to avoid any delays in your reservation.
• The tour schedule may be changed or cancelled due to bad weather or natural disasters.
• If you have any dietary allergies, please let us know in advance when making your reservation.
• Options not included in the product are available upon additional payment on site.
• Please understand that reservation confirmation is not possible on weekends, public holidays, or during customer center closing hours.
• Same-day reservations and changes are not possible.

• Refunds are available if you notify the business by 5:00 PM 2 days before the experience.
• 50% refund available if you notify the business by 1:00 PM the day before the experience
• There will be no refund for cancellations or non-attendance on the day of the experience.
• Cancellation is not possible outside of business hours, and the number of days is calculated based on business days.
• The cancellation request confirmation date is based on the supplier's local time.
• It takes approximately 2 to 5 business days to confirm a cancellation request, and a cancellation fee may be charged according to the cancellation policy.
• Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a refund within 14 business days.
