Highlights

With the help of the host, you'll get information about the cacao tree characteristics, cacao production in Vietnam; know how the Vietnamese make chocolate from local ingredients; and be able to apply the techniques to make your own chocolate at home.


The class is brief yet informative and full of tips.


You can make: a 70% dark chocolate 30gram bar (there'll be a small extra paid for 85% - 100% dark chocolate or milk chocolate), and choose different inclusions to finish your own bars, select the fillings and decorate pralines/ truffles.

Itinerary

  • Alluvia Chocolate House Hội An

    - The workshop will start with the introduction of ca cao in Vietnam, the process of making chocolate from pod to bar by the Vietnamese - Later, you will be instructed to temper chocolate bar (dark) of 30gr, decorate it and wrap the bar with paper. - While waiting for the chocolate sets, you will be guided to make chocolate pralines and truffles and provided tips related to the making of chocolate. - After the class, you will be offered one free drink (per pax) in the menu (your choice)
