Minimum of 2 people are required to book tour. If total number of travelers do not match the minimum requirement for this trip, the tour will be cancelled and you will receive a notification e-mail 1 day(s) prior to departure.
Please arrive at designated location 10 mins prior to departure, as tour will depart on time.
Time required for cancellation request is counted on working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or Vietnamese public holidays).
Refund will not be granted for tourists who leave the tour unfinished.
Bookings with travel dates on public holidays cannot be cancelled.
