Takoyaki is made by pouring a batter of flour, water, and eggs into round molds on a hot plate, and adding chopped octopus pieces inside. We have selected 8 types of sake that can only be tasted in Japan. It’s an experience where you can casually and enjoyably compare and taste different sakes!
The average alcohol content is 15-16%, but there are also some with lower or higher alcohol content. We start with a simpler, lower alcohol sake, and gradually move on to sakes with more distinct aromas and flavors.
This experience includes traditional Japanese snacks that pair perfectly with sake, allowing you to enjoy the full experience of pairing sake with food!
Finally, we have sweet sake, which can also be enjoyed as a dessert. This sweet fermented drink made from rice malt is often referred to as a "drinkable IV drip" and is beloved by the Japanese.
There are many ways to enjoy sake, so be sure to try it out!
