At Nagoya Station, there are only a few spots for buses to depart from. Therefore, if there are many passengers, you may need to wait for your turn. Please be aware that if this happens, the bus will leave 10-20 minutes later than the scheduled departure time from Nagoya.
The itinerary lists scheduled departure and arrival times, which may be subject to change due to weather and road conditions.
Please check the seating chart with the representative names on the day of the trip to find your seat on the bus.
A tour conductor will not be present on the bus. You must follow the instructions of the bus driver and conductor while the bus is in operation.
Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as road conditions or inclement weather, may cause delays in arrival and departure times. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for taxi rides or hotel stays in the event of a delayed return.
Luggage can be subject to theft, loss, misplacement, or forgetfulness during transit. While we provide the service of loading and unloading luggage during boarding and disembarking, it is essential to note that we are not responsible for luggage storage management. We kindly request our customers to manage their luggage to ensure a secure and safe journey.
Please note that the rental plan does not guarantee the availability of items. During busy periods, such as year-end and New Year holidays, consecutive holidays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, renting out the items may take a long time. Therefore, we recommend that you prepare your own items in advance. Please be aware that even if the desired size is not available for rental on the day of the trip, we will not be able to refund the travel fee.
Due to limited trunk space on the tour bus, we cannot accept large luggage that exceeds 3 sides measuring 150cm or more, such as large suitcases and snowscoots.
