At the beginning of this class, you wear apron then the class starts at making on your own sushi rice. We provide a wooden tub and paddle for each participant so that you can make your own sushi rice separately. Next, everyone participates together to make traditional Japanese stock (Dashi) then make Miso soup with fancy shaped vegetables and tofu. In the main section of this experience, you make 9 Nigiri-Sushi! We teach you how to make Nigiri-Sushi step by step. You will definitely be able to complete a wonderful Nigiri-Sushi! At the end, place the dishes, along with chopsticks and let's say “Itadakimasu”! Please enjoy the meal you made served with the complimentary Seasonal dessert.
