Bosque Protector Cerro Blanco

From 4 to 5 hours, 6.5 km long, it is the continuation of the Higueron Trail until reaching the top of the mountain where the trails are delimited. Due to the altitude, the presence of fog in the morning and the abundant vegetation, the climate is much cooler. This tour is great for anyone looking to combine a 7km hike in a tropical dry forest with wildlife spotting. We heard & saw a troop of howler monkeys at close proximity. The guide Benjamin was very knowledgeable and able to explain everything in both Spanish & English. The private transport from the hotel to Cerro Blanco was punctual & reliable.
