A Saigon’s most iconic market offers insight into how we procure meats and vegetables on a daily basis. 3 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeThe second half of the course leads you back to our intimate classrooms at the institute, where each student is assigned a private cook station. Here, our lead chef provides you with all the necessary ingredients and instruction to create a full course of classic Vietnamese dishes.
