   Tour the active volcanic island of Sakurajima where you can appreciate its natural scenic beauty and traditional culture while visiting sightseeing spots, parks, shrines, foot-baths, hot springs, cafés, restaurants, shops, and more. The ferry from Kagoshima Port Terminal departs every 15 minutes and the journey time is 15-20 mins. A separate ferry ticket is required (330 Yen each way). Kagoshima's local specialty udon noodles served in the ferry's cafeteria are also highly recommended!
