The people were friendly and informative. They made sure we got good value for the price of our tickets!
In NY gibt es mehr als einen Anbieter für diese Touren. Die Busse sehen allerdings alle gleich aus. Der 3. Bus sollte dann endlich der richtige sein. Mit dem übersendeten QR war ein einsteigen und losfahren jedoch nicht möglich. Der QR musss zuvor bei einem Mitarbeiter getauscht werden...das war zuvor weder irgendwo beschrieben, noch war ein Mitarbeiter zu finden. Der 4. Bus nahm uns dann trotzdem "einfach" mit (vielen Dank dafür, das wir die gebuchte Leistung endlich nutzen durften). Die Infos zur Stadt gab es in mehreren Sprachen, war aber nicht so informativ wie erwartet. Oft hielt der Bus und man musste raten an welcher Station man gerade ist. Alles in allem sehr schwache Leistung.
