Extra Surcharge
A surcharge of KRW5,000 (per person) will apply if you choose a private bike at Gangchon Rail Bike, the surcharge can be paid by cash on site. Please let us know if you would like to choose the private bike while reserving.

Activity Limitations
Sky Swing:
- Aged 65 and above are not permitted to board
- Height less than 130cm: 1-seater ride is not allowed (2-seater and 4-seater are allowed)
- Different kinds of Sky Swing will be offered according to the age of the adult and child
- Aged 65 and above are not permitted to board

Sheep Farm: Please avoid feeding the sheep with your own food except the forage provided by staff

- Lift boarding time (approx. 10 minutes) / Luge boarding time (approx.5 minutes)
- Luge weight limit 200kg
- Children under 36 months are restricted from boarding.
- Children aged10 and below / height 110cm and below can board together with a guardian (no boarding alone)
- Aged 65 and above are not permitted to board Luge World will be closed in case of rain for safety purpose.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 2 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 2 days before the date of selection.
Redemption Notes
