- Pickup is available from any one location in Singapore or Johor Bahru as specified during booking.
- Please be ready at your chosen pickup point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
Must Know
- Transfer is point-to-point without detour; additional pickups or drop-offs incur a charge of RM35 per stop.
- A midnight surcharge of RM60 applies for transfers occurring between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Complimentary waiting time is 15 minutes for point-to-point transfers and 1 hour for airport pickups.
- Additional waiting surcharges of RM33 per 15-minute block will commence after the initial grace period.
- Chartering services exceeding 12 hours will incur an hourly charge of RM125.

- This service is available for all travelers with valid passports and entry visas for Singapore and Malaysia.
Child Policy
- One child seat or booster is considered equivalent to one passenger in terms of vehicle capacity.
- Baby car seats and boosters are available for RM40 per unit, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 3 days before the visit date are eligible for a full refund.
