Our excursion starts with a visit to the museum of the National Park, a brilliant museum, where we will get the first taste of the characteristic of this magnificent mountain. In the museum, we will experience an imaginary climb from 0 meters to 2918 meters, as you were going to Mount Olympus, and we will be accustomed to the unique flora and the fauna of Mount Olympus! The virtual ascent to Olympus is completed in seven thematic sections. After our visiting, we are ready to start our walking on the international hiking path E4 trail. Our excursion will start from Prionia (1010m), and we will hike down towards "Agio Spilaio", a cave where Saint Dionysios lived as an ascetic and then will take the way to Old Monastery of Ag. Dionysios, where we will spend some time to admire the wonderful frescoes. This last part of Enipeas gorge is hiding a great reward with numerous slope shifts, diverse scenery, many small lakes and waterfalls with crystal clear waters and sheer mountain slopes by the trail. Our trip will find as enjoying our reach lunch by side fo Enipeas river at a beautiful tavern!
