- This 10-day pass is valid for use starting from May 15, 2025.
- The pass is valid for 10 consecutive days from the date of activation.
- You must specify your starting date within one month of exchanging the E-Ticket in Japan.
- The name on your booking must exactly match the name on your passport to facilitate the exchange.
- Lost or stolen passes cannot be reissued under any circumstances.
- Reserved seats should be booked in advance at ticket machines or service centers.

- You must present your physical passport at the time of exchange and during travel if requested.

- Adult: Age 12 and up.
- Child: Age 6 to 11 years (Child ticket required).
- Infants (under 5 years) travel free if they do not require a separate seat; a child pass must be purchased if a reserved seat is needed.
- Ticketing category is based on the age at the time of pass purchase.
- Physical passport (copies are not accepted for exchange).
- Mobile or printed E-Ticket (voucher).
- Most major stations and Shinkansen trains are wheelchair accessible.
- Elevators and accessible restrooms are available at most exchange locations and travel service centers.
- Your booking will be confirmed instantly.
- The E-Ticket is valid for three months from the date of issuance.
- Cancellations made before the pass is exchanged are subject to a 10% refund fee.
- Once the pass has been exchanged in Japan, it is strictly non-refundable.
- Refunds are not provided for train delays or service suspensions once use has started.
- Present your E-Ticket and passport at a designated JR EAST Travel Service Center to receive your physical pass.
- The starting date must be specified at the time of exchange and cannot be changed later.
- Use automatic ticket gates for entry and exit at stations.
