Restrooms are available at La Rekompensa Banana Plantation, while in Gáldar and Agaete, restaurants and bars provide facilities with the purchase of snacks; no restrooms are available at Faro de Sardina or during the snorkelling activity.
All tours are guided by certified professionals, specialized in these activities to ensure safety and an engaging experience.
The group size is limited to 16 people, promoting a vibrant and interactive group experience for all participants.
Layered clothing is recommended, as weather conditions may vary throughout the day, and the guide may modify activities depending on weather, tides, or group needs.
The route involves winding roads, so participants prone to motion sickness should bring appropriate medication for their comfort.
Children under 12 are recommended to be at least 5 years old to participate, and parents or legal guardians must accompany minors, with a limit of 4 child spots per tour; special transport requests should be made at least 2 days in advance.
Prohibited items and actions include sandals, strollers, drones, alcohol, drugs, aerosols, and littering, with all participants required to respect the environment by disposing of waste properly and avoiding eating or drinking in the vehicle.
Essential items to bring include comfortable sportswear, closed shoes, a swimsuit, a towel, a spare set of dry clothes, sunscreen, light food, at least 1.5 liters of water, and your printed or digital ticket or invoice.
