Between early July and early September, the Subaru Line is closed to cars, so we will drive up the Gotemba Line instead. If road conditions/weather do not permit going all the way to the 5th Station on the road on Mt Fuji's slopes, we will go as high as we can safely go. If the road is mostly or completely closed, we will substitute a visit to a local museum or other attraction.Chureito Pagoda
