We'll pick you up from your hotel if it's located within a 2 km radius of the State Department Store, or from specific pickup points. From there, we'll drive to the Ger Garden organic farm, which is situated 40 km away from the city center. The travel time to the farm can range from 1 to 2 hours, depending on the traffic conditions in Ulaanbaatar. Once you've arrived at the farm, you'll be treated to light refreshments before taking a guided walk through the vegetable garden to pick seasonal produce. Our host will then teach you how to make a garden salad and buuz from scratch. At the end of the class, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy the meal you've prepared, along with a glass of wine. Afterward, we'll drive you back to the pickup points, completing the return trip in a time frame similar to the initial journey – around 1 to 2 hours, depending on traffic conditions.
