Usage
If you select the 8:30 am departure time, your tour guide will meet you at 488 Post. St outside Cafe Encore. Look for a black Mercedes Sprinter van across the street
If you select the 9:10 am departure time, proceed directly to the boarding line at Pier 33 with your Alcatraz ticket, which will be sent to you the day before. Meet your guide at Pier 33 at 12:50 pm for your afternoon Muir Woods and Sausalito tour
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your pickup time
Post Purchase
For the 9:10 AM time the meeting point is Pier 33. You'll go to Alcatraz first and be picked up in the afternoon for then Muir Woods tour. You'll receive an email the night before your tour with a QR code which is your Alcatraz ticket. Without it, you may be turned away. Check your email for a link to download the QR code for Alcatraz or in your Customer Portal www.mytckts.com.
Arrive at Pier 33 (Alcatraz Landing) 30 minutes prior to your departure time and proceed directly to the boarding line
