What To Bring
When Aso Volcano issues a no-entry notice, the Aso "Thousand-mile" Grassland will be changed to 90 minutes.
Due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary may change, including shorter sightseeing times or canceled attractions. We hope for your understanding and support for these safety adjustments. And we do not suggest you have other activities at the end of trip to avoiding any losses.
Due to the current hot weather, in order to enhance your experience, we will be replacing Kurokawa Onsen with Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine on this itinerary from August 5th to September 30th.
The tour guide will hold a yellow flag with the 'Gogoday' logo at the meeting point. Please arrive 15 minutes early. No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
The night before your trip, around 9 PM, you will receive an email with the tour guide's contact number and the vehicle's license plate number. Please ensure your email and phone are accessible.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hour.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hour before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hour before the date of selection.

Worst custom service. Tour is ok but Pelago customer service sucks. Go to klook instead. I’m a solitaire pps who has done quite a number of bookings. Never again with Pelago n strongly not recommend
Couldn't be happier with the Gogoday travel. Very special thanks to Thomas our guide for making the day so memorable. We gave up hope on going to Aso volcano because of bad weather. But Thomas good thinking n experience made it happened. We got the perfect time window to visit the magnificent place.
