Cancellation Policy
In case of Rooty Trip cancellation:
- If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or unforeseen conditions, guests will receive a full refund or free rescheduling.
- In case of customer cancellation:
- Cancel before 10 PM on the day prior (N-1): Free refund.
- Cancel after 10 PM on the day prior (N-1): 100% cancellation fee.
