Here you will be met by your own Egyptologist tour guide who will accompany you to visit the famous Karnak temple, the largest place of worship whichever was built. Its ancient name I pet-it means “the most sacred of places.” The temple, or, more correctly, the complex of temples, was built for more than two thousand years by generation after generation of pharaohs. This impressive temple is dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut, the only female pharaoh, It rises out of the desert plain in a series of terraces and merges with the sheer limestone cliffs that surround it. Then we will proceed with having lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, you will be transferred to Luxor domestic airport and fly back to Cairo.
