East bank Tours: Temple of Karnak: It was originally dedicated to King Amun Ra, his wife Mut and son Khons. Later, around 30 additional kings added their own touches to the complex. It includes several of the finest examples of ancient Egyptian design and architecture. Temple of Luxor, built by Amunhotep III in the 18th Dynasty of the new kingdom, and completed by Ramses II during the 19th Dynasty.
