- Tours depart from the RealNZ Visitor Centre, Steamer Wharf, 88 Beach Street, Queenstown 9300, New Zealand.
- Check-in is required at least 20 minutes prior to departure.
- Parking is limited. Allow 30 minutes to find parking at nearby carparks like Man Street or Church Street.
- Exchange vouchers for boarding passes at the ticketing counter before boarding.
- A full bar and Promenade Café on the TSS Earnslaw offer food, beverages, and espresso coffee for purchase.
- Bring non-slip shoes or boots, warm clothing or a jacket, sunscreen or sunglasses, and a camera.
- The TSS Earnslaw may be replaced by the Spirit of Queenstown catamaran during the survey period from May 19 to September 8, 2025.

Lovely experience. We spent about 40 min each way on the cruise and gosh what stunning landscapes! We spent about an hour and a half on the farm and it was so nice - informative tour after which we fed lambs, goats, alpacas, cattle herd. Ended the evening with some tea and snacks. Top day in Queenstown!
