• The entire trip is a self-service experience. There is a service desk on site. If you need help, you can go to the resort service desk for assistance.
• This tour does not include ski passes or equipment. If you require a ski package, please contact customer service for assistance. Ski lessons can be added on-site for a cash payment of 50,000 Korean Won.
• Accommodation is arranged in rooms for 1-3 or 4-5 people depending on the number of guests. If you would like to book a private room, please do so separately. Otherwise, we will assume that all orders share one room.
• Accommodation will be arranged in groups of two or four per room. We cannot accept requests for specific room types or floors. The actual room type will be subject to the availability of the resort.

• This tour is only available to non-Korean guests. Children aged 3 and above are allowed to participate in skiing. Children aged 3 and above are charged the same price as adults.
  
• Children aged 2 and above are charged the same price as adults. Children under 2 years old are free, but this does not include any ticket fees such as parking space, bed, or admission fee. Please indicate this in the remarks when booking and provide proof of age.
  
• Ski equipment is available for children aged 3 and above at the ski resort. However, children are not yet able to master their balance and there are other tourists practicing on the ski slopes, so extra caution is needed for safety.
  
• If a passenger cancels their departure due to personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded. Please refer to the cancellation policy for details.
  
• Basic ski lessons include instructors on-site, but skiing is a relatively intense and potentially dangerous sport. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance or accident insurance in your home country before traveling to South Korea. The primary age group suitable for this course is 8-50 years old.
• Because Koreans often go skiing on holidays, traffic jams are common, and the crowds at ski resorts also increase the risk of accidents. For safety reasons, we recommend that you choose to go on a weekday if possible.
  
• Guests who must depart on weekdays or holidays should be aware that weekends are often crowded with people, leading to traffic jams and ski resort congestion. Our company will not be held responsible for any issues arising from guests choosing weekend or holiday tours.
  
• Ski tours depart daily during the ski season, but in case of weather warnings or ski resort closures, guests will be notified in advance and the departure date will be rescheduled. If you book a tour at the beginning of the ski resort's opening period, there may be situations where the ski slopes are not fully open or snow spraying is being done; in such cases, rescheduling can be arranged depending on individual circumstances. If your primary focus is on the experience, the tour will proceed as scheduled.
• If the tour cannot proceed due to insufficient participants, we will proactively notify you to reschedule or offer alternative solutions. If you wish to cancel, you can apply for a refund directly on the platform. Please check your email for notifications before departure.
  

Guests who have booked the resort shuttle service, please note:

• If the bus is full, we will notify you 1-2 days in advance and arrange the boarding location. We apologize for any inconvenience.
