Merchants is a vibrant and stylish all-day dining outlet located on Level 13,
offering a wide range of international cuisine, from classic favourites to
modern fusion creations.Signature weekend seafood buffet showcases fresh
lobsters, prawns, scallops, mussels and clams on ice, alongside sashimi,
sushi, international hot dishes, satay, grilled specialties, live pasta and
carving stations, a Mamak seafood deep-fry, and artisanal desserts.

Merchant, located on Level 13 of Crowne Plaza Kuala Lumpur City Centre, is the
hotel’s signature all-day dining restaurant. Guests can look forward to a wide
selection of international cuisines served buffet-style, with live cooking
stations bringing extra vibrancy to the dining experience. From fresh seafood
platters to hearty roasts, local favourites, and indulgent desserts, every
meal here feels like a culinary journey around the world.
