Rental Car:
- An additional charge will be applied for Child or Baby Seat arrangement
- You need to have a valid driver’s license and also meet the qualifications to drive in Japan.
- We will issue a voucher for the rental car. Please show the voucher at the counter.
- You must return the car in the same place as you picked up.
- You cannot rent a car in Japan without a valid driver's license that meets specific qualifications.

- If there are no rooms available at the listed hotel, we will arrange a hotel of the same rank.
- Child 2-5 years old is 20,000 yen (no bed and no meal).
- Infants 1 year old and under are free (no bed and no meal).
- Rates are based on 2 people, 1 room occupancy.
- Reservations for 1 person are not possible.
- Bath Tax 150yen (Beppu:250yen) is not include.
- Booking confirmation subject to room availability.

Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 4 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 4 days before the date of selection.
Redemption Notes
Show mobile or printed voucher to the staff before commencing the activity.
Ticket Validity
Upon booking confirmation, this ticket is valid on the date of selection only.
