When using trains, scan your QR code at a QR code-compatible ticket gate for entry and exit.
When using discount facilities, please present the banner screen of the currently active ticket to the facility staff.
Discounts cannot be applied if you show the ticket before or after use, or if you are unable to display the banner screen due to any reason such as device malfunction.
Please note that you may not be able to use the discount benefits if the facility is closed or if the banner screen cannot be displayed due to a technical issue.
Once the ticket has been activated, no refunds will be issued even if you are unable to receive the facility discount.
Each QR code is valid for one person only.
This pass is not valid on Hankyu, Kintetsu, or other railway lines.
If you travel beyond the valid section, please inform the staff at your alighting station and pay the additional fare.
If your ticket cannot be displayed due to device malfunction, a dead battery, or unstable communication, you will not be able to use the service. Please pay the fare separately before boarding. Any fares paid separately during the period when your ticket cannot be displayed will not be refunded.
Matters related to ticket use are subject to the transportation terms and conditions, passenger business regulations, and other applicable rules of each operating company.
When purchasing multiple tickets, they cannot be shared. Please ensure that all tickets are used for the same trip.
When using the voucher, open the usage screen from the link sent to you at the time of purchase, press the “Use” button, and show the screen to a staff member.

*Screenshots and printed copies cannot be accepted.
*If you purchase multiple tickets in one transaction, they cannot be used separately, and all tickets will be activated simultaneously. To use the tickets individually, please purchase them separately.
*For security purposes, you may be required to authenticate using a one-time password (OTP). If prompted, please follow the steps below:
1. Enter the email address to receive the OTP and press the send button.
2. Check that the OTP has been received by the email address set up in step 1. (The email containing the OTP will be sent from the domain “@linktivity.co.jp.” Please also check your spam folder just to be sure. If you can’t find it there, your email address may be incorrect. Open the URL for the usage screen from the voucher again and try again by entering your email address.)
3. Enter the OTP listed in the received email into the ticket screen and press the Confirm button. If you enter it correctly, the usage screen will be displayed. (Once OTP authentication is complete, the OTP will be sent to the email address you set. This email address cannot be changed, so please set an email address that can be confirmed locally on the day of use.)
