Requirements:
- Tourists must present the following requirements upon delivery of GoPro or Inta 360 X3:
- International tourists : must present valid passport,
- Local tourists : must present 1 original government issued ID
- Refundable cash deposit P1,000 to be given to the supplier. This is refundable provided there is no damage on the GoPro during return
- Kindly indicate date and time of rental, pick up or delivery service, your hotel name and address, provide proof of check in
Taking care of your GoPro and Insta360 :
- Handle with care : Avoid dropping or exposing the camera to heavy impacts
- Keep it dry : Ensure all doors are securely closed to maintain waterproof integrity.
- Clean regularly : Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the lens and body after each use.
- Avoid extreme temperatures : Do not expose the camera to extreme heat or cold for prolonged periods
- Charge properly : Use the provided charger and avoid overcharging the battery.
- Store safely : Keep the camera in a protective case when not in use
Reminders
The customer is responsible for the proper use and safety of the GoPro and Insta 360. In case of damages, the customer will be charged for the cost of repair, restoration and rental for the downtime. In the event of loss of the unit while in customer's possession, customer will be responsible for covering the full replacement of the camera
The customer must sign a waiver form declaring that the customer is responsible for taking care of the device. The customer is responsible for the proper use and safety of the GoPro and Insta 360. In case of damages, the customer will be charged for the cost of repair, restoration and rental for the downtime. In the event of loss of the unit while in customer's possession, customer will be responsible for covering the full eplacement of the camera
Driver and delivery details will be sent thru Viber 1 day befor the rental schedule
For international guests, we recommend to use Viber or Whatsapp to easily communicate with the coordinator
