"Mushan" opened in 2017. It only took one year to become a Michelin-starred
restaurant. It has been recognized by many gourmets and has an unlimited
future. Chef Yoshiro Kiyama has served as the head chef at the famous kaiseki
restaurant "Kodaiji Wakyuden" for about 10 years. He has superb skills and is
a rare and talented person among the younger generation. The restaurant is
located on the first floor of a high-end apartment. It looks like an ordinary
restaurant, but it is something special once you enter. The warm-toned wooden
decoration is calm and atmospheric, giving guests a sense of peace and
