【Confirm before departure】

1. By completing the payment process, the customer indicates that he has read, understood and agreed to accept the terms and conditions listed by the company.
2. The payer (i.e. the primary contact person) is responsible for informing other fellow students of all terms and conditions. In the event of course cancellation, the relevant fees will be charged to the payer.
3. Courses are provided based on the company's teaching capabilities and are subject to actual conditions.
4. All students must purchase valid travel insurance or other appropriate insurance before the start of the course, and ensure that the insurance coverage covers accidents or injuries that may occur during skiing activities.
   

【Course Specifications】

1. All lessons are private and include snowboarding and snowboarding and must be booked separately.
2. After confirming the class, the course content is not allowed to be changed, such as switching from double boarding to single boarding during the course.
3. The 5/6/7 hour course includes 1 hour for lunch. Lunch is not provided and students can take a break at their own time.
4. Ski lessons are not provided for children under 7 years old.
   

【Ski Tickets and Equipment】

1. The course does not include ski tickets, students must purchase them by themselves and prepare at the designated location at least 15 minutes in advance.
2. If you are absent from the course due to personal reasons (such as not bringing a ski voucher), no refunds or make-up time will be provided.
3. It is strongly recommended that students equip themselves with suitable protective equipment (especially helmets). We do not provide rental services for ski equipment or protective equipment, so please rent them by yourself.

【Course in progress】

1. Late arrivals or other personal reasons will not cause classes to be delayed or rescheduled.
2. No compensation will be paid for any conditions beyond our control (such as bad weather or ski resort operations). If a student cancels a class unilaterally due to bad weather, the relevant tuition fees will not be refunded.
3. Officials announced that tuition fees will be refunded only if the ski resort is closed due to bad weather.

【Responsibilities and Risks】

1. The company and coaches are not responsible for any damage or loss of any property of students, their families, friends and other persons before, after or during class, regardless of the reason.
2. The company and coaches will not be held responsible if any student is injured or dies due to any accident before, during or after class.
3. Guests are strongly recommended to purchase ski insurance. Please follow the instructor's instructions during the course, don't force it, and do what you can.
   

【Change and Cancellation】

1. Changes to course date/time/teaching style (including switching between double board and single board courses) will not be accepted upon payment of the applicable fees. Any such changes will be treated as a cancellation and a new booking will be required.

[Notice and class time]

1. The coach will contact the guest (via WeChat or other methods) 3 days before the reservation date. Please bring your electronic voucher to the meeting location 15 minutes before the meeting time to wait for the course to start.
   
2. 3-hour course: the class time is 9:00 or 13:00. 5/6/7-hour course: the class time is 10:00.
