Itinerary

  • Marrakesh

    This is a unique opportunity to explore traditional Moroccan culture and cuisine through a private, online cooking class with a Marrakech resident. Your 90-min online cooking class will be scheduled mutually at your convenience. After it is confirmed, you will be sent a class link and ingredient and supply list. Please note you do not need to have a traditional tajine pot for the class. This is an immersive and interactive class that is one-on-one with your instructor Manuela. You are encouraged to cook alongside Manuela and will be able to ask Manuela any questions as you prepare your delicious Moroccan chicken tagine and mahalabia (a floral scented Middle Eastern milk pudding).
