Must Know
- Supports iOS one-click installation with the KKday App (update to iOS 17.4 or above).
- iOS 12.1 or later required; iPhones sold in China do not support eSIM (some HK/Macau models also unsupported).
- Ensure your device and OS support eSIM before purchase; refunds are not granted for incompatibility.
- The QR code cannot be scanned from the same device—print it or open on another device.
- After exceeding the daily cap (500MB/1GB/2GB/3GB), speed is reduced to 384kbps until the next day.
- Network type: roaming; carriers used are 3HK / 3 Macau / CTM.
- Hotspot sharing is unavailable; SIM-locked, carrier-customized devices and mobile hotspots are not supported.

- Open to all travellers with compatible, unlocked eSIM-capable smartphones.

Booking Confirmation
- Instant confirmation — the eSIM QR code is sent to your email after booking.
Cancellation Policy
- No cancellation: Once the order is completed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Voucher Use
- Valid for use within 90 days (≈3 months) from the date of issue; invalid after expiration.
- Install the eSIM on your chosen usage date and ensure a good network or Wi-Fi connection during setup.
- Activate data roaming before using the eSIM.
- How to use: 1) Receive the QR code by email, 2) Scan to install, 3) Follow on-screen steps. After installation, the eSIM cannot be transferred to another device.
