Overall experience was seamless! They communicated ahead of time about the hotel pick-up time so I was able to prepare and check out on time. The staff were also helpful the entire time.
The overall experience was smooth! I just had to call the number on the voucher since there were no instructions on where to go or what to do after arriving at the airport. I hope this can be added to the booking voucher details since it might be a hassle for foreign travelers who can't call because they don't have a local sim card yet.
