Q: When can I enter the exhibition?
A: The "The Pharmacist Girl's Monologue" anime exhibition will run from November 22, 2025 to January 11, 2026, and will be open from 11:00 to 22:00.

Q: Where is the exhibition located?
A: INCUBASE Arena B2, Basement, Chong Hing Plaza, Mong Kok

Q: Is an entrance ticket required to enter the exhibition merchandise store?
A: Yes. Only those with valid tickets and who have already entered the exhibition hall are allowed access to the official merchandise area. The merchandise area is located inside the exhibition hall; those without tickets or who have not yet entered the exhibition hall will not be allowed entry.

Q: Are there any quantity restrictions for this product?
A: Yes. To ensure fair purchasing and smooth order on-site, there will be purchase quantity limits at the exhibition merchandise stores. Each customer can purchase a maximum of 5 of the same item per transaction (unless otherwise announced on-site).

Q: Are there any age restrictions for the exhibition?
A: There are no age restrictions for the exhibition content.

Q: Do children need to buy tickets to enter?
A: Children aged three and above need to purchase a ticket.

Q: Is the exhibition venue accessible to people with disabilities?
A: As our venue is located in the basement of Chong Hing, if people with disabilities have difficulty using the escalator to reach the venue and require our assistance, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp at 93190184 three days in advance. We will arrange for staff to assist with entry.

Q: Is there a ticket counter on site?
A: There are automatic ticket vending machines on site for those who haven't purchased tickets, but there will be no on-site ticket sales on days when online tickets are sold out. Official online ticketing platforms also operate 24 hours a day.

Q: Is the ticket only valid for a single entry?
A: Yes, each ticket is valid for one entry only. If you need to re-enter for any reason, you must purchase a new ticket.

Q: Can I purchase items in the merchandise area and then return to the exhibition area to view the exhibits?
A: No. Once you leave the exhibition area and go to the merchandise area, you cannot re-enter the exhibition area. If you wish to visit the exhibition again, you must purchase a separate ticket.

Q: Is filming or recording allowed inside the venue?
A: Audio and photography are prohibited in certain areas of this exhibition; only smartphone photography is permitted. If discovered, the organizer reserves the right to request the removal of any recorded videos.

Q: If I am unable to enter the venue as scheduled after purchasing tickets, can I apply for a refund/rescheduling?
A: No.

Q: If I am unable to enter the venue on the day I purchased my ticket due to severe weather (such as a black rainstorm warning or a gale signal of No. 8 or above), can I apply for a refund?
A: No, we can only accept changes to the opening date. If the ticket purchase date is the last day of the exhibition, alternative arrangements will be made.
