Redemption Instructions

• A passport with an IC chip is required for exchange at ticket machines.

• Notify the date you would like to take the highway bus in exchange for a printed ticket.
• You will also receive the admission ticket and round-trip designated bus ticket.

JR West Kansai Area Pass:

• Bring your e-MCO voucher and passport for ticket exchange at the JR Pass ticket machine.
• Redeem your voucher within 3 months after the date of issue.
