- All tickets are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please contact the merchant to confirm your reservation before joining the tour

- Tickets that have been redeemed at the counter will not be refunded
- Makcik Gemok Boat Schedule (for boat transfers):
1. Please call the boat company 30 minutes prior to your intended cruise time to schedule your ride
2. Hours might differ on Hari Merdeka
3. Boat rides have an interval of 30–40 minutes
