Highlights
This whirlwind 2-day tour is both a journey back in time to Mexico's colonial days, and a chance to discover some the beautiful nature in this region. We'll start off with a trip to Cuernavaca to marvel at its famous cathedral from the 16th century, and see other buildings from the conquest days. Next, we'll head to Taxco, a unique town rich in history and famous for its silver works. We'll kick off the next day with a trip to the Mil Cascadas waterfalls, where you'll have a chance to dip your toes in the crystal waters before we make our way back to the capital.

4 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeMake your way to the meeting point early in the morning to meet your tour guide today. We'll make our way first stop to the "eternal spring" city of Cuernavaca. Here, we'll have a look at the city's impressive cathedral. Dating back to the 16th century, it's one of the oldest in the whole of Mexico! Next, we'll take you through a guided tour of other architectural highlights such as the Palacio de Cortes and Morelos monument - both of which mark key moments in Mexican history.Taxco
6 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeNext, we'll head on over to the hillside colonial city of Taxco. Its rich history as a silver mining town will soon be clear! You'll have plenty of opportunities to browse the silverware sold by Mexican artisans, as well as visit Santa Prisca church - one of Mexico's grandest. 6 hoursAdmission Ticket IncludedRise and shine! We're starting this morning with a trip to paradise. We'll be taking you to the natural marvel called Mil Cascadas, or "a thousand waterfalls", just a stone's throw away from Taxco. You will enjoy various activities such as hiking, jumping from 8 waterfalls (from 1 meter to 10 meters), swimming in their pools, observe the local flora and fauna and much more! We'll then transfer to Cuernavaca to jump the bus back to Mexico City. This memorable day will come to an end with a transfer back to your accommodation in Condesa or Roma.- Food And DrinksLunch
