Highlights
The Cocuy National Park is a real hidden gem in Colombia. It caters not only to the lovers of mountains with its amazing views and experiences – the local farms are 3500-4000 meters (around 12 500 ft) above the sea level. Amazing view, pure nature, fresh air, real Andean experience. You don’t need to be a professional hiker, you just need to be in good shape to complete the tour.

Admission Ticket FreeThis beautiful scenery is a 9-hour bus ride from Bogotá. The place itself is absolutely magical: the Andes with all its beauty, unique vegetation, fresh air, serenity and the friendly locals. You can enjoy the peaceful mountain life for 2-3 days almost completely isolated from the outside world. Detailed itinerary: Departure from Bogotá at 9 pm, arrival to El Cocuy the next morning.

7 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeWe will go to our accommodation by 4x4 vehicle. Breakfast then a short rest. The first day hike starts around 10am.It is a 7 hours warm up hike with our English-speaking guide.
