- If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will notify you of the tour cancellation via email 2 days prior to departure.

- There will be no refund for cancellations or non-attendance on the day of the experience.
- If you cancel for personal reasons, it may take up to two weeks after the tour to receive a refund.
- Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes early to avoid any delays in your reservation.
- If you have any dietary allergies, please let us know in advance when making your reservation.
- Options not included in the product are available for additional payment on site.
- Please understand that reservation confirmation is not possible on weekends, public holidays, or during customer center closing hours.
- Same-day reservations and changes are not possible.
[Cancellation Policy]
- Refunds are available if you notify the business by 5:00 PM 2 days before the experience.
- 50% refund available if you notify the business by 1:00 PM the day before the experience
- There will be no refund for cancellations or non-attendance on the day of the experience.
- Cancellation is not possible outside of business hours, and the number of days is calculated based on business days.
- The cancellation request confirmation date is based on the supplier's local time.
- It takes approximately 2 to 5 business days to confirm a cancellation request, and a cancellation fee may be charged according to the cancellation policy.
Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a refund within 14 business days.
