The activities will start at 3:00 pm, when your private transportation will pick you up from your hotel. Our partners at Quitu Identidad Culinaria will be waiting for you to share an extraordinary cooking class. QIC members are specialists in traditional Ecuadorian food, and they are known for renewing and reinterpreting ancestral recipes without removing anything of their traditional values. You will learn about the properties of every ingredient in your meal as well as how their combination produces a powerful and delicious result.Cumbaya
1 hours 30 minsAdmission Ticket FreeAfter enjoying your meal, our driver will take you to Cumbaya, a different part of town (duration: 1.5 hours). Cumbaya has become the most popular night out area of Quito. Even though it is located around 30 minutes away from the center, it is still considered a part of the Metropolitan District of the city. It is home to a number of different restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. Our host will be We Wine, a place dedicated to promoting local wines and the best international ones. You will taste three different types of Ecuadorian wine while learning about the origin and properties of each one (duration: 1-2 hour). After these experiences, our driver will take you back to your hotel.
