- No cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds are allowed once booked. If you cannot attend, you may find someone to take over your slot.
- If the workshop is cancelled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Only registered participants are allowed inside the workshop; additional observers must wait outside unless paying full fees.
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your session.
